Everything exceeded my expectations!!! The wedding was absolutely beautiful. The service everywhere was fabulous. My safe wouldn’t open once and they were there within 5 minutes to open it for me. No complaints at all.

This place lives up to its name. I have been 3 times and it is amazing. The grounds are immaculate, and the service is excellent. It is a great mix of tranquility and fun. I would recommend the excellence club. I would also recommend the SPA.

WOW! Just WOW!!! Everything about this resort was wonderful. The service is always spectacular. Nacho gave all of our guests such great poolside service, always quick, efficient, and so friendly. Such an incredible time we all had (family and friends) celebrating my wedding here. Estefany and Hector gave us amazing service and made sure everything ran smoothly. It was the dream wedding I could only ever have imagined, turned reality.

Incredible. Highest level of service. A beautiful property staffed by truly professional, genuine, wonderful people. The food is incredible, rooms are gorgeous, and everything is taken care of. A truly luxurious experience, worth every penny.

Never have I ever been to a place that was so attentive and service oriented! From the moment we got there to the moment we left the team took excellent care of us. The resort is beautiful and quiet. We kept being told that it was busy but we practically felt like the only ones there. The couples massage we a highlight. It was definitely a 5 star experience and I highly recommend!

I have wanted to visit Las Ventanas for YEARS. Not sure why I waited so long. Our trip could not have been any better. Great suite, great service (shout out to Alina, Pedro, and Samuel), amazing food, fireworks, speakeasy, and the resort was better than I could have imagined. I will be back next year.

Super nice resort, but needs some nightlife. Great service, incredible views and pool. Not sure why they don’t have a small band or some sort of night time entertainment. Would be such an easy win for them. Overall a beautiful relaxing trip with the kids.

Every detail is thought of. The paths are gorgeous, with little sitting areas and views of the ocean. The gardens are lush with the sweet sounds of the birds. Every staff member acknowledges and greets you as they pass by. The food was amazing, and the views… the views are dreamlike from almost every areas of the resort!

We planned our wedding and honeymoon here. Never have I experienced such kind receptive and warm service. Accommodations were first class. Very clean. Turn down service every night. Could not have been more perfect.

The Rosewood Mayakoba stay was one of the best resorts I’ve ever visited. Every detail was accounted for. The staff was overly friendly and accommodating. The grounds and facilities were incredible. Every meal was very fresh and delicious. Beautiful views all around. Our stay was as perfect as it could be. Well done!

Beautiful resort and my room on the lagoon was perfect. The staff was exceptional. Anything we asked for was taken care of. From the time we arrived at the airport until we returned back to the airport they accompanied us.

I have never in my life experienced better hospitality. This resort is not only beautiful. The stuff is just amazing every day we felt like we were in paradise. The staff was so accommodating. The resort was just so clean and so warm and welcoming. I will be back by far I give 10 stars plus.

Exceptional resort that manages to strike the perfect balance between a luxurious experience for adults and a kid friendly experience for families. Everything was top notch — from the food, to the pool, to the room to the service. In addition, they partner with a nannying service that was phenomenal and allowed us to find some alone time away from the kids. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Will definitely be back again!

We just returned from our trip and the experience was amazing. We felt safe and pampered the entire time. The staff was attentive and the pool area is so relaxing you never want to leave! The restaurants are all delicious and you leave full every time.

Very peaceful and relaxing! The staff was extremely pleasant and accomadating! I really liked the chat feature which allowed me to request rides very qucikly and conveniently around the property! I enjoyed a facial and a massage at the spa which was absolutely amazing! The facial was the best I have ever had!

Great spot for relaxing and great food. Lots of sun and great service. I had multiple meals that I just loved at the Aramara and at Bahia. I had great sunsets each night. Our seaside room is my wifes favorite and she travels a lot all over the country.

A beautiful hotel property on the island about 6 km from the ferry port and “el centro” de Isla Mujeres. Super excellent staff, kudos to Marco, Alexis, Kenya, Alonso-great service. Gorgeous rooms, awesome pool, great food, excellent choice!

Wonderful property that was very clean and well laid out. Our room had direct access to the beach with a comfortable plunge pool. The staff extremely polite and attentive. We especially want to thank Eduardo, Claudia, Luiz, Alonso and the rest of the staff for making our stay special.

What a beautiful trip!!!! This hotel is amazing and we will 100% be going back!!! Claudia, Saray, Emmanuel, Obdulio, and the twins were so great!!! The entire staff made the stay nice and welcome. The food was outstanding and the atmosphere was very relaxing and we even had teens with us. It was close proximity to everything and a number of great restaurants. I would suggest renting a golf cart as that is a nice way to see the entire island! We will be going back to this hotel without any doubt!!!! We loved it!!

My husband and I may not be as famous, beautiful or as rich as most of the clientele here but the amazing staff still treated us impeccably.. unbelievable service and top notch care by everyone who works there. The spa facilities are incredible. Yes the restaurants are expensive, but you know that if you book the hotel. The food and the cocktails are sooo good though. We hope to be back soon!

I had a beautiful time at Montage Los Cabos. We went for a bachelorette trip and had a very restful and beautiful vacation. The hotel is definitely made for a calmer crowd so if you want crazy, go stay in town. But if you want relaxing and fancy, you will love every moment of this hotel. Our helper Brian was amazing and every restaurant, every pool, every activity was amazing and worth the money. I will absolutely be back here!

This was our sixth stay at what is one of our favorite resorts in Mexico. We started coming to Maroma before it became a Belmond and found the change to Belmond did not disrupt the character of this charming property. We were told that they are closing for renovations… however, we truly hope they retain all the understated charm and “hominess” that draws us back year after year.
We’re excited to return when they reopen!
