The most challenging part of healing yourself by changing the way you think and feel is the discipline of doing a daily practice. Most people who want to make change in their lives know that this requires they get to know themselves more deeply and intimately. This requires dedicating time and space to practice it. You may be beginning a self-care program and setting the ground work, or maintaining or increasing a current practice.
I have maintained a daily practice for more than 15 years so I know the challenges involved in making the time for myself, what to expect, what works, and what doesn’t work.

To support you in your daily practice I have created a 30 day Daily Practice Tips support program. You will receive an email every day for 30 days with daily practice tips, encouragement and support. At the end of the 30 days you will receive a link to download an e-book compiling all the emails into one document so you can continue to benefit from the tips. You may be beginning a self-care program and setting the ground work, or maintaining or increasing a current practice.
My intention for this program is to:
- Provide support for you in taking your daily practice to the next level.
- Help you prioritize yourself on a daily basis in order to get your own needs met.
- Connect with yourself on an inner level regularly so you can more clearly hear your inner wisdom.

What to expect after you sign-up: Once you have entered your name and email address you will receive an email to confirm you have been added to the list. If you were not already on my email list you will receive an email to confirm your email address before your email address is activated. Then you will receive the activation email.
